Jerome G. McSherry currently serves as Adjunct Professor of Probate Administration and Estate Planning at a local college. He has previously taught Bankruptcy Law and Trial Advocacy, and has led trial advocacy seminars for lawyers throughout the country. Results obtained by Mr. McSherry in lawsuits have been cited in numerous local and national publications, including the Chicago Tribune, the Daily Herald, the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin, and the Wheaton Daily Journal. In addition, Mr. McSherry has served as a legal columnist for Pioneer Press Publications and has appeared on Chicago Public Television (WTTW) as a panelist on Tort Reform legislation. He authored, Skinner vs. Reed-Prentice, The Ramifications of Contribution on Comparative Negligence and Strict Liability in Illinois , published in the Northwest Suburban Bar Journal. He is a member of the Board of Governors of the Northwest Suburban Bar Association.
